What you will do

• Set technical direction for complex ML projects and guide team priorities.
• Design and maintain scalable ML/software systems and justify architectural decisions.
• Define project roadmaps and oversee delivery in high-risk, ill-defined environments.
• Develop shared libraries and resources for use across the organization.
• Lead hiring processes and mentor engineers to foster team growth.
• Act as a technical expert and coach for customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in Python and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• Expertise in a major Cloud provider (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
• Experience building full-stack web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to manage and coach teams of engineers.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder and customer management.
