What you will do

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Support installation activities and ensure timely reporting of progress and issues.
• Manage project countdown activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including P&L reports and status updates.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project risks and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or project support roles.
• Related experience in fast-paced, high-volume, high-impact, complex, and strategically important projects.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, MS Project, and MS Access.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including email proficiency.
