What you will do

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed process maps using Visio.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure processes are clearly understood and aligned.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support program reporting, resource visibility, and operational decision making.
• Apply advanced Excel and Power Query capabilities for accurate, timely, and scalable reporting outputs.
• Manage and enhance financial models supporting forecasting and actuals, ensuring integrity in financial reporting.
• Lead the identification and analysis of dependencies across GTES workstreams.

Requirements

• Degree in a business, management, technology, or analytics field.
• 1–3 years experience in PMO, project coordination, business analysis, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, multi-source data integration).
• Advanced Excel, especially Power Query, automation, and complex data transformations.
• Skilled in Visio with proven experience in process mapping and operational design.
• Experience managing and maintaining forecasting and actuals financial models.
