What you will do

• Own the day-to-day management of client engagements from initiation through to close.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary hirify.global teams across geographies and solution areas.
• Track engagement financials, including budgets, forecasts, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Maintain strong client relationships built on trust, credibility, and responsiveness.
• Support the development of junior colleagues through coaching and feedback.

Requirements

• Experience managing or supporting delivery of complex consulting engagements or programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of project and program management disciplines.
• Experience within professional services, consulting, or complex client environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
