What you will do

• Support the end-to-end delivery of customer projects.
• Coordinate timelines, meetings, and communications.
• Act as a key contact for customers during implementation.
• Work closely with Product, Development and Implementation teams.
• Keep project plans organized and up to date.
• Identify risks early and escalate where needed.

Requirements

• Some exposure to project delivery or coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is beneficial.
• Exposure to retail, hospitality or SaaS environments.
• A genuine interest in building a career in project management.
