What you will do
- Drive business performance outcomes through strategic education partnerships, including revenue growth, pipeline influence, and customer adoption.
- Develop and execute hirify.global’s education partnership strategy across technical, product, education, and mission-aligned partners.
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with key ecosystem partners such as Microsoft, Google, Apple, Clever, ClassLink.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities that accelerate go-to-market execution, market access, or product leverage.
- Lead partnership discussions from exploration through execution, including negotiating terms, defining joint success metrics, and formalizing agreements.
- Act as the internal “quarterback” for partner initiatives, coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience managing strategic partnerships in an education, technology, or EdTech environment with a focus on business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth or pipeline impact through partnerships.
- Existing relationships with executive or key decision-makers at large education ecosystem partners.
- Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape, including districts, charter organizations, privacy considerations, and procurement dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with comfort engaging senior external stakeholders.
