TL;DR

Global Agency Development Lead (Gaming): Building and owning strategic relationships with major advertising agencies and holding companies to maximize revenue and drive adoption of hirify.global's advertising solutions, with an accent on executive relationship building and complex partnership negotiation. Focus on developing agency strategy, removing adoption barriers, and creating enablement infrastructure to scale partnerships across the gaming and entertainment verticals.

Location: Remote. This position is US-based only. We are seeking candidates located in the New York Metropolitan Area, or who are willing to relocate to the New York Metropolitan Area. Relocation assistance may be available.

Salary: $272,000–$306,000 USD

What you will do

  • Build and cultivate strategic relationships with C-suite and SVP-level decision makers across major holding companies.
  • Lead high-level negotiations and deal structuring to secure formalized partnership agreements and drive incremental revenue.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for agency development practices with hirify.global, defining engagement and scaling partnerships.
  • Identify and eliminate roadblocks preventing agencies from leveraging hirify.global's advertising solutions.
  • Create comprehensive education programs and success frameworks for agency teams.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for hirify.global as a premier platform for engaged Gen-Z communities.
  • Provide strategic market intelligence on holding company initiatives and industry patterns.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand advertising partnership sales or agency relationship management at major digital platforms.
  • Established network and credibility with C-suite and SVP-level stakeholders across major holding companies.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building capabilities with executive presence.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic partnership execution, including negotiation and contractual solutions.
  • Consultative and entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for synthesizing complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
