What you will do
- Support clients during implementation and post-implementation phases of payment solutions.
- Act as a technical bridge between internal teams and external clients to maximize client success.
- Participate in on-call rotation for escalation support and incident management.
- Provide accurate communication on issue progress and collaborate with IT teams.
- Assist in deployment and take ownership of assigned work packages.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency and automation improvements.
Requirements
- Must be located in Tokyo, Japan.
- 5+ years supporting mission-critical Java applications in financial services.
- 3+ years in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases and querying RESTful APIs.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations and manage support issues effectively.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance.
- Experience with Mastercard and Visa card processing networks.
