Salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥7,000,000 JPY

What you will do
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and trusted advisor for strategic customers.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving C/C++, C#, and Java via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Collaborate with R&D to reproduce customer issues and develop effective solutions.
- Create and disseminate technical knowledge internally and to the customer base.
- Manage case queues and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical support or software development.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Java programming.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL databases.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Japanese.
- Experience with Kubernetes or Containerization.
- Experience with Salesforce.com for case management.
- Background in Application Security (AppSec), SAST, SCA, or DAST tools.
