What you will do

  • Provide post-sales technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues by replicating environments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by diagnosing application issues and sharing best practices.
  • Support customers with MDM/EMM solutions and ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Create JIRA tickets to report issues to the development team for product improvements.
  • Maintain case hygiene and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese and professional English proficiency required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing IT role.
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI model, firewalls, protocols).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Windows desktop/server OS, SQL, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Flexibility to work during odd business hours, including night shifts or weekends.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of MDM/EMM/UEM solutions.
  • Experience with SSO/Identity & Access Management (Okta, Azure AD).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Power BI.
