Что делать

  • Provide post-sales technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues by replicating environments.
  • Maintain transparency by keeping customers informed on case progress.
  • Diagnose application issues and provide best-practice guidance for MDM/EMM solutions.
  • Leverage virtualization and cloud platforms to validate customer solutions.
  • Create JIRA tickets to report issues and facilitate product improvements.

Требования

  • Must be bilingual with Native Japanese and professional English proficiency.
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical support or a customer-facing IT role.
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI model, firewalls, protocols).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure).

  • Knowledge of MDM/EMM/UEM solutions.
  • Experience with SSO/Identity & Access Management (Okta, Azure AD, Ping).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Power BI.
