- Provide post-sales technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues by replicating environments.
- Maintain transparency by keeping customers informed on case progress.
- Diagnose application issues and provide best-practice guidance for MDM/EMM solutions.
- Leverage virtualization and cloud platforms to validate customer solutions.
- Create JIRA tickets to report issues and facilitate product improvements.
Требования
- Must be bilingual with Native Japanese and professional English proficiency.
- 2–4 years of experience in technical support or a customer-facing IT role.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI model, firewalls, protocols).
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure).

- Knowledge of MDM/EMM/UEM solutions.
- Experience with SSO/Identity & Access Management (Okta, Azure AD, Ping).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Power BI.
