TL;DR

Strategic Demand Generation Representative (Cloud): Identifying and developing new customer opportunities and building an international sales pipeline with an accent on AWS consulting and engineering growth in the CEE market. Focus on engaging senior stakeholders, qualifying complex sales opportunities, and contributing to a fast-growing international sales engine.

Location: Work remotely from Serbia.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities through structured prospecting.
  • Engage stakeholders from operational level up to senior executives.
  • Qualify opportunities and define next steps with sales.
  • Ensure timely and customer-friendly handover of opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and activity tracking in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, founders, and AWS partner teams.
  • Contribute to building the international sales engine in CEE.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT sales, sales development, or technology sales.
  • Experience engaging prospective accounts and identifying customer opportunities.
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and a CEE language, ideally Serbian.
  • A structured, persistent, and ownership-driven working style.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Sales certification or equivalent training.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
