What you will do

• Design and implement core GenAI platform components enabling intelligent agents and AI-driven user experiences.
• Architect and build secure and scalable backend services and APIs integrating large language models into critical product workflows.
• Define technical standards and best practices for agent development, model access, authentication, security, and governance.
• Drive architectural decisions for GenAI workloads, balancing performance, cost, reliability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and senior engineers to shape AI-powered user journeys.
• Ensure strong observability, cost control, and operational stability of GenAI systems in production, owning services throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building complex production software systems.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
• Proven experience designing and operating backend services and APIs in cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI systems (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt pipelines, or agent frameworks).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, reliability engineering, and security principles.
• Experience with continuous delivery, monitoring, and operational ownership of services.
• Ability to work autonomously and strong technical communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered products or platforms used by external customers.
• Familiarity with LLM gateways, orchestration frameworks, or agent-based architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred).
• Background in fintech, fraud prevention, or other mission-critical domains.
