What you will do
- Craft merchant-specific account development plans focused on revenue generation.
- Build high-touch, consultative relationships and provide expertise on global payments strategy.
- Analyze merchant performance and recommend improvements to payment flow and revenue.
- Focus on exceeding strategic and financial targets by leveraging product, service, and partner network knowledge.
- Collaborate with various internal teams (Sales, Integration, Support, Legal, Engineering) to ensure an outstanding merchant experience.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of major e-commerce and payments technologies, players, and future trends.
- 6+ years of experience working in a PSP, Acquirer, or similar environment.
- Experience in a B2B Enterprise Account Management and/or Relationship Management role in the FinTech and/or Payments industry.
- A strategic problem solver with excellent project management skills.
- Customer driven and able to establish robust relationships with an assigned customer base.
- Proven consultative sales abilities and demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
