Sales Manager (ICT)

TL;DR

Sales Manager (ICT Distribution): Managing clients and executing strategy across the UAE and Gulf region, with an accent on P&L ownership, business objective achievement, and partner relationship building. Focus on driving market share, expanding footprint, and developing sales management disciplines.

Location: This is an onsite role in Dubai, UAE, requiring experience covering the UAE & Rest of Gulf markets/ ecosystems.

What you will do

• Assume complete ownership of the Company’s P&L budgets for clients and countries in scope.
• Oversee the implementation and achievement of corporate business objectives and strategies.
• Develop and maintain direct working relationships with relevant vendors and strategic partners.
• Establish adequate channel coverage and expansion plans for different countries in the region.
• Manage the Company’s Accounts Receivables (AR) and Inventory, maintaining healthy DSO and WoS.
• Grow, enable, and retain the sales team by employing appropriate and skilled resources.

Requirements

• Over 10 years’ experience in the ICT industry, with at least 5 years covering the UAE & Rest of Gulf markets/ ecosystems.
• Over 5 years’ experience in managerial and sales leadership positions.
• Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to own, understand, and manage a complete P&L statement.
• Experience in managing large-scale, diversified multi-country channel ecosystems.
• Verbal & written fluency in English is a prerequisite.
