What you will do

• Design and ship AI-powered product features end-to-end.
• Architect and implement systems combining LLMs, agents, RAG pipelines, and traditional software.
• Engineer with AI to accelerate development, testing, and architecture decisions, setting up internal AI tooling.
• Translate product problems into scalable AI solutions, measuring real-world performance and optimizing for production robustness.
• Shape the AI-native engineering culture by establishing pragmatic standards and mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record in designing and shipping large-scale production systems.
• Experience owning architecture across services or product domains.
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, distributed systems, data modeling, concurrency, reliability) and experience operating systems in production.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features to real users in production, including RAG systems, AI agents, or tool-using multi-step reasoning systems.
• Ability to design systems where AI components and deterministic systems work together, turning fast AI prototypes into production-grade systems.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives end-to-end and mentoring senior engineers.
