TL;DR

Customer Support Executive (Fintech): Processing client requests and resolving issues via chat, phone, and email with an accent on accuracy and detail in a high-volume trading environment. Focus on escalating complex issues and achieving quarterly KPIs while understanding business functions.

Location: You can begin working remotely from your home city or any other location and relocate to work in the Southeast Asia support office after the first 2 or 3 months. Full relocation support for you and your family to Thailand.

What you will do

  • Process client requests and resolve issues via live chat, phone call, and email through the CRM system.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate specialists via Salesforce or Jira.
  • Update clients on their request statuses and verify submitted documents.
  • Prepare and interpret reports and documentation with acceptable detail and accuracy.
  • Understand company business functions by attending seminars and meeting assessment targets.
  • Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the customer support manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Native speaker of Thai language.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting and multitasking capabilities.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

Hiring process

  • First interview (up to 40 minutes).
  • English Assessment (30 minutes).
  • Written Capability Test (15 minutes).
  • Verbal Capability Test (15 minutes).
