TL;DR

Support Specialist (SaaS): Providing account and technical support to end-users, patients, and admins for a wide variety of subscription types and organizations with an accent on resolving technical issues and educating clients on product usage. Focus on diagnosing and resolving browser and mobile phone-related issues, collaborating cross-departmentally, and proactively identifying opportunities for client experience improvement.

Location: Must be based in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, IL, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, TN.

Salary: $52,000 - $55,000

What you will do

  • Provide account and technical support to end-users, patients, and admins.
  • Answer inbound calls, voicemails and emails within a specified time range.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with development, accreditation, and course production teams.
  • Provide empathy and dedication to get to the root cause of all problems and provide creative solutions.
  • Educate current and potential clients on using hirify.global products.
  • Diagnose and resolve browser and mobile phone-related issues to ensure seamless user experiences.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer-service experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication, organization, and prioritization.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and high-quality standards.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a love for learning.
  • Prior experience troubleshooting technical issues strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Some exposure working with AI tools and prompt writing.
