What you will do
- Manage key accounts and meet budgeted sales and margins for the assigned territory.
- Manage existing customers and develop new accounts, building strong relationships.
- Identify market potential and develop strategic and tactical sales plans.
- Negotiate and issue price lists, presenting quotes in line with commercial policy.
- Manage the Master Agreement contract process from beginning to end.
- Oversee project execution and maintain customer contact, representing hirify.global at industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- English language proficiency required.
- Minimum 5 years experience in capital equipment sales and territory/business area management.
- Experience particularly in the packaging and/or rigid plastic industry.
- Established customer base and network within the rigid container market.
- Significant rigid container equipment, market, and industry knowledge.
- Strong market evaluation, analysis, planning, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
