What you will do

• Join the Core Technologies Server Analytics team to deliver new core technology for future analytics applications.
• Work hands-on with state-of-the-art methods for video analytics algorithms and SW development within Deep Learning.
• Interact with development teams and product/solution organizations to enable new product features.
• Master complex problems and play a crucial role in creating analytics features for new products.
• Focus on Deep Learning and Generative AI at the research frontier, developing production-ready algorithms for server and cloud systems.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Core Technologies to shape end-to-end AI solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in video analytics algorithms and software development within Deep Learning and modern AI systems.
• Pragmatic, structured, communicative, and enjoys teamwork.
• Master’s degree in computer science, physics, mathematics engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of relevant work experience.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with software, architecture, and system design for AI/ML systems.
• Generative AI, including LLMs, multimodal models, and Agentic AI systems.
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and integration of external knowledge sources.
• Designing, generating, and curating datasets for training and fine-tuning generative/multimodal models.
• Evaluation of generative and multimodal models, including defining metrics and benchmarks.
• Experience in computer vision & deep learning development and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and taking solutions from algorithms to product-ready implementation.
• Scalable ML systems (real-time streaming, distributed model training, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Leadership or mentoring roles.
