What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of company hardware, primarily Apple MacBooks.
• Provide hands-on support within macOS environments.
• Administer Google Workspace, including user management and account support.
• Support networking and connectivity, including VPN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure (Zoom/Teams rooms, printers, peripherals).
• Deliver high-quality, user-focused technical support and act as an internal advisor.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency with Apple hardware and macOS environments.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
• Experience in desktop / end-user support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Upper intermediate English (B2+).
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Wroclaw.
