Location: Remote, with ~50% travel required throughout the West Coast region (AZ, WA, CO, OR, UT and TX).

Salary: $100,000–$115,000

What you will do

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with distributor leadership, branch teams, and product management groups, driving joint business plans.
  • Lead new product introductions, technical trainings, design reviews, and quarterly business updates, expanding the regional distribution channel footprint.
  • Recommend appropriate electronic component solutions, collaborating with distributor FAE teams to support customer designs and technical inquiries.
  • Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning, articulating product value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, sales forecasts, and activity reporting within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in technical sales within the electronic components industry.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits, applications, and component technologies.
  • Proven success working with distribution partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the West Coast region (AZ, WA, CO, OR, UT and TX).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience delivering technical presentations and branch-level trainings.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
