What you will do
- Direct business development strategy and efforts for the Japan market.
- Evaluate business opportunities, formulate proposals, and negotiate/close contracts.
- Manage partner relationships, monitor satisfaction, and anticipate future support needs.
- Represent hirify.global at key industry events to build market awareness.
- Advise the MD North Asia on business strategy for Japan market development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or arts & science.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the media or digital entertainment sector.
- Ability to define a business development strategy and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present on technical topics.
- Passion for the media and entertainment sector, with knowledge of video games.
- Ability to travel (25%-30%).
