SLED Account Specialist: Serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact for public sector clients, focusing on ensuring maximum value from IT solutions, driving customer success, and managing end-to-end client journeys. Location: Hybrid, requiring weekly presence in the Toronto office, Canada.
Salary: CAD $54,000–$68,000

What you will do
- Respond to client calls and purchase requests from SLED customers.
- Manage and close transactional renewals and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with vendors to secure best pricing and product availability.
- Execute sales under Public Sector procurement contracts.
- Drive web adoption by setting up clients on the .com portal and assisting with order placement.
- Attend trainings to stay updated on new products and technologies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of B2C/B2B sales or customer support experience.
- College or University degree.
- Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Public Sector/SLED experience is an asset.
