TL;DR

Senior Tax Analyst (Finance): Managing international tax compliance, provisions, and transfer pricing documentation for hirify.global in the LATAM region with an accent on ensuring timely and accurate filing and analysis of tax impacts. Focus on developing international tax expertise and assisting with local tax audits.

Location: Remote-First from Colombia, with a focus on the LATAM region.

What you will do

Manage international tax compliance and ensure timely filing of corporate income tax returns for LATAM entities.
Calculate tax provisions for LATAM entities, including US GAAP to Local GAAP differences.
Support global transfer pricing initiatives, including master file, local files, and Country-by-Country Reporting.
Collaborate with external service providers and internal teams on direct, indirect, and other tax-related issues.
Assist the Senior Tax Manager with queries, projects, and local tax audits in the LATAM region.
Stay updated on tax law changes in LATAM and assess their impact on the company's tax position.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
Accounting or tax qualification required.
Experience: 3+ years of directly related experience.
English language is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent tax research and tax technical writing skills.
Strong communication, project management, and organization skills.
