What you will do

  • Own enterprise-level technical cases end-to-end, from triage through resolution, to minimize customer disruption.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic accounts, recommending workflows, configurations, and integrations.
  • Act as the highest-level subject matter expert on APIs, advanced features, and data integration capabilities.
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive product adoption and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate critical issues and advocate for enterprise needs in roadmap discussions.
  • Develop enterprise-facing technical runbooks, playbooks, and best-practice guides.

Requirements

  • Extensive technical expertise in APIs, complex data integrations, log analysis, and SaaS architecture.
  • Ability to troubleshoot across enterprise tech stacks, specifically Salesforce.
  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS support, technical account management, or solutions engineering.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments and leading executive conversations.
  • Strong consultative skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving high-growth startup environments.
