What you will do

• Own creative strategy, planning, and execution across all paid social channels, including Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Translate winning paid social concepts across regions, ensuring creative is optimized for local audiences and oversee EU localization.
• Build and manage a scalable UGC creator pipeline, leveraging organic content and strategic partnerships.
• Lead the paid social learning agenda across North America and Europe, driving structured testing and iteration.
• Partner with Performance Marketing to turn reporting and insights into actionable creative improvements.
• Develop repeatable creative templates to support Field team events and streamline event related creative for efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading paid social creative strategy with a strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR and ROAS.
• Deep knowledge of platform best practices across Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Experience building and scaling structured creative testing programs and learning agendas.
• Ability to translate data and reporting into clear creative direction and performance improvements.
• Experience working across regions and adapting creative for different markets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, vendors, contracts, and budgets.
