What you will do

  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with sales management.
  • Communicate corporate strategy to Public Sector employees in the region.
  • Plan and direct sales pipeline generation, forecasting, and customer relationship development.
  • Set goals, metrics, and quotas aligned with corporate and regional objectives.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Regional Sales Managers to meet sales targets.
  • Keep senior leadership informed of key issues impacting business results.

Requirements

  • Must have proven experience and network within the Public Sector market in the tech industry.
  • Experience in a first line sales leader role with people management responsibilities.
  • Strong relationship building and executive negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions including Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Development.
  • Experience exceeding sales quotas as a Regional Sales Director in the Public Sector.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity technologies and competitive offerings is advantageous.
