What you will do

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive engagement and retention across diverse stakeholder segments.
  • Design, build, and optimize lifecycle journeys using HubSpot and Customer.io.
  • Plan, create, and manage email campaigns, automated workflows, and advanced segmentation strategies.
  • Build and manage landing pages, website banners, pop-ups, and forms within HubSpot and WordPress.
  • Coordinate cross-channel promotional campaigns aligned with strategic marketing objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and lifecycle metrics, translating data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Customer.io (or similar platforms).
  • Experience managing website forms and CRM integrations (WordPress, Gravity Forms).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional campaigns and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in multi-market or global organizations.
  • Background in travel, hospitality, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.
  • HubSpot or marketing automation certifications.
