What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and coach an initial team of Product Solutions Associates, focusing on rapid hiring and scaling.
- Oversee customer implementations and serve as the primary technical and operational escalation point.
- Transition early-stage processes into robust, scalable systems and operationalize configurations.
- Set technical quality standards, overseeing AI prompt drafting, testing, and SQL-based custom reporting.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) design and coordinate cross-functional processes with external executive stakeholders.
- Triage systemic failures and aggregate customer feedback to provide actionable data for product and engineering leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (SaaS, LegalTech, or complex Operations), with 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- Proven track record of hiring, training, and managing high-performing implementation, operations, or technical success teams during rapid growth.
- Deep experience overseeing customization-heavy enterprise implementations.
- Technical fluency in SQL and AI, capable of coaching your team on writing/testing AI prompts and executing SQL queries.
- Ability to operate in the weeds when necessary to support the team, while also building scalable processes.
- Experience handling executive-level customer escalations and managing critical external stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Prior professional experience working with an enterprise "system of record."
- Prior professional background in personal injury law, LegalTech, or Legal Case Management Systems.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
