TL;DR
People Business Partner Support Apprentice (HR/AI): Providing day-to-day HR support to managers and employees and contributing to transversal People projects with an accent on employee relations, onboarding, and HR communication. Location: Hybrid work model, primarily based in Paris, France, with remote work possible.

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day HR support, including general employee relations and queries, in close collaboration with the PBP lead and other People teams.
- Manage termination processes, including resignations and exit interviews.
- Support internal mobility procedures for employees.
- Lead onboarding sessions for R&D new hires, focusing on planning, communication, and process improvement.
- Contribute to HR communication efforts, including managing the HR internal page and quarterly People Newsletters.
- Conduct survey analysis and action plans, alongside monthly KPI tracking for engagement and other HR metrics.
Requirements
- First experience in the HR field or an HR degree.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and keep an open mind daily.
- Good level of English and French.
- Team player mindset with the ability to drive and collaborate on transversal projects in an international environment.
- Availability from August 2026 for an apprenticeship based in Paris, France.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, technology-oriented business.
