People Business Partner Support Apprentice

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day HR support, including general employee relations and queries, in close collaboration with the PBP lead and other People teams.
• Manage termination processes, including resignations and exit interviews.
• Support internal mobility procedures for employees.
• Lead onboarding sessions for R&D new hires, focusing on planning, communication, and process improvement.
• Contribute to HR communication efforts, including managing the HR internal page and quarterly People Newsletters.
• Conduct survey analysis and action plans, alongside monthly KPI tracking for engagement and other HR metrics.

Requirements

• First experience in the HR field or an HR degree.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and keep an open mind daily.
• Good level of English and French.
• Team player mindset with the ability to drive and collaborate on transversal projects in an international environment.
• Availability from August 2026 for an apprenticeship based in Paris, France.
