What you will do

• Execute post-production on video projects, including editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
• Collaborate with the Developer Network and cross-functional stakeholders to create video content targeting the developer audience.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth footage handoff and efficient post-production workflows.
• Innovate and experiment with editing styles, techniques, and visual trends to enhance video content quality.
• Ensure all video deliverables meet the highest technical and creative standards, maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and internal communication videos.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve Studio, and After Effects, with solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience in motion graphics design, including custom animations, transitions, and graphical overlays.
• Strong understanding of color grading techniques and tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve or Lumetri).
• Audio editing and sound design skills for balancing and enhancing soundtracks, dialogue, and sound effects.
• Thorough knowledge of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and best practices for compression and export.
• Experience with multi-camera edits, green screen keying, and visual effects (VFX) compositing.
• Ability to lead and manage post-production workflows, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable receiving feedback from stakeholders.
• Experience using team collaboration tools like Airtable, Frame.io, or Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience in 3D animation or working with tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Familiarity with streaming and live video production workflows.
• Basic knowledge of camera equipment and lighting techniques.
• Experience creating video content for a technical and/or developer audience.
