What you will do

• Create high-quality 3D animations and 2D motion graphics using Spine and After Effects.
• Edit and composite renders, gameplay footage, and sound effects into polished video ads.
• Integrate generative AI tools throughout the production pipeline.
• Develop marketing-specific levels in Unity to capture gameplay footage.
• Conduct competitor research across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to inform creative concepts.
• Collaborate with Production Leads and Performance Marketing Managers to meet KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a 3D Artist or Animator in the gaming industry.
• Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya, and 2D tools like After Effects or Spine.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience utilizing generative AI tools for video production.
• Proficiency in Unity for building marketing levels and extracting assets.
• Must be based in or able to work in Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Adobe Illustrator and general Graphic Design skills.
• Experience supervising external designers to improve quality against KPIs.
