What you will do

• Edit video content for social media, marketing, and digital campaigns
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips and reels
• Add motion graphics and visual enhancements where needed
• Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time
• Manage multiple projects and maintain momentum across deliverables
• Suggest improvements to editing workflows and processes

Requirements

• Located in Philippines or South Africa
• Strong experience in video editing (professional or freelance)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social content formats
• Skilled in using AI tools
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects

Nice to have

• Experience with Descript
• Motion graphics experience (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
• Experience repurposing content for social media
• Familiarity with working with remote/global teams
