What you will do
- Lead implementation of supply planning, demand planning, order promising, and CPFR processes and systems.
- Define business requirements while working with key stakeholders and understand process gaps.
- Optimize product assortment at partner locations.
- Own, drive, and develop the demand process with input from Category and Marketing Managers.
- Forecast and plan business collaboratively with partners and secure needed inventory levels.
- Manage backlog, address potential risks and opportunities, and build strong business relationships.
- Plan product launch execution.
Requirements
- Strong ability to manage multiple brands, products, and customers simultaneously.
- Five to eight years of sales experience.
- Proven track record in account management within consumer electronics or FMCG.
- Fluent in English and mother tongue in Filipino language.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet skills.
