What you will do
- Own the post-purchase customer journey end-to-end, optimizing for repeat engagement, redemption success, and commercial sustainability.
- Define, track, and move key metrics such as repeat purchase rate, LTV, and redemption success.
- Use data and behavior signals to identify and resolve friction points within the customer journey.
- Design and ship A/B tests with clear hypotheses and ensure instrumentation quality for accurate tracking.
- Build and validate AI-driven features to improve redemption clarity, reduce refunds, personalize communications, and rebuild trust.
- Ship scalable improvements across both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically in consumer tech, marketplace, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record in improving retention, monetization, or trust metrics.
- Solid hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis.
- Experience shipping AI or automation features into production.
- Strong grasp of revenue, margin, and LTV economics.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity while maintaining a structured and disciplined approach to prioritization, with high ownership and clear communication.

- Experience reducing refund losses in a digital product.
- Experience building mobile-first consumer products.
- Comfortable working closely with backend engineers and data pipelines.
- Experience improving lifecycle email/notification systems.
