What you will do

• Define, own, and communicate the product vision and roadmap for customer-facing AI applications.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across various teams to deliver shipped outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end product delivery, including discovery, prioritization, and launch coordination.
• Oversee product releases and dependencies, ensuring quality and market readiness.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and refine the product backlog.
• Champion data-informed decision-making and act as a steward of ethical AI and data privacy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a comparable role with customer-facing digital products.
• Proven ability to lead products in complex, matrix environments.
• Experience driving product launches and coordinating across non-technical domains.
• Demonstrated AI experience or strong hands-on curiosity, whether through shipped ML-powered features, formal training, or side projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to influence technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs, recommendation systems, or adaptive learning technologies.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or evidence-based optimization.
• Background in EdTech, learning platforms, or mission-critical B2C products.
