Location: Remote (US), with approximately 25% travel anticipated. Not eligible to be hired in CT, NJ, NY, WA, PA, San Francisco (CA), Oakland (CA), or San Jose (CA).
Salary: $110,160 - $153,000 annually, with commission eligibility. Specific ranges are provided for different US locations.

What you will do
- Drive new customer acquisition, managing a quota for net new bookings.
- Establish deep relationships with strategic prospective public sector customers, understanding their mission, strategy, and technology solutions.
- Leverage expertise in the public sector, including US State & Local Government and Higher Education, to build strategic programs for social impact and territory expansion.
- Drive revenue and market share in defined territory and within the government, nonprofit, and social enterprise industry.
- Develop, maintain, and expand the pipeline of new customer opportunities, utilizing CRM like Salesforce.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, services, product, and finance to develop long-range territory strategies and sales plans.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience selling complex, technical products or relevant customer-facing consulting experience.
- At least 3-5+ years of experience in sales or consulting with a focus on public sector organizations, including extensive industry contacts and relationships.
- Deep experience in the Public Sector partner ecosystem and co-selling with partners.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, including C-level.
- Experience selling to enterprise customers with complex business and technology needs.
- Technically savvy, experienced with the cloud, APIs, communications, and enterprise software.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with public sector contracting, pricing, and ecosystem processes.
- Experience with fulfillment & resell partners for deal execution.
- Working knowledge of the State/Local Government and Higher Ed market.
