Location: Hybrid (USA). Requires employees to work in the office a minimum of three days per week in Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.

Salary: $70,000–$210,000 annually.

What you will do

• Draft and edit communication materials tailored to government audiences.
• Design and review content for public sector–focused announcements.
• Build brand and reputation awareness in the public sector through PR, social, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage public sector award submissions, speaker opportunities, and thought leadership programs.
• Develop proactive public sector–focused media pitches and maintain relationships with trade media and industry influencers.
• Partner with external PR agencies and collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments.
• Track, measure, and report on PR and social performance metrics related to public sector campaigns.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Marketing, PR, Communication, English, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in communications, public relations, or external affairs.
• Prior experience in a communications role within a technology company, public sector organization, or government agency is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex topics.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity, public sector missions, and protecting critical infrastructure.
