What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings through offer negotiation and closing.
• Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers throughout the hiring journey.
• Proactively source candidates using various tools and explore diverse talent pools.
• Stay up to date with market trends, new sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
• Screen candidates and prepare them for technical interviews.
• Share knowledge within the team and participate in workshops to exchange insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, SREs, and Product Owners.
• Experience working in-house, ideally within an international or multicultural environment.
• Comfortable working with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• English: Fluent required.
• Understand the value of data-driven recruitment and effectively prioritize workload.
• Curious, proactive, and results-oriented, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive team culture.
