What you will do

• Write and post technical job descriptions and craft interview question kits.
• Source potential IT candidates through niche platforms, direct, and passive techniques.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on position requirements.
• Interview candidates using various methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for frequently resourced roles.
• Ensure prompt and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• IT & technical recruitment experience is required.
• Proven experience in screening and evaluating candidates through various methods.
• Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and resume databases.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn recruiting and Boolean search.
• English: C1+ (Fluent speaker) required; Spanish is a plus.
