What you will do
- Write and post technical job descriptions and craft interview question kits.
- Source potential IT candidates through niche platforms, direct, and passive techniques.
- Design and customize hiring stages based on position requirements.
- Interview candidates using various methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for frequently resourced roles.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- IT & technical recruitment experience is required.
- Proven experience in screening and evaluating candidates through various methods.
- Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn recruiting and Boolean search.
- English: C1+ (Fluent speaker) required; Spanish is a plus.
