What you will do

• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing APJ Customer Enablement team.
• Drive commercial success of learning and enablement offerings across enterprise accounts in APJ.
• Optimize internal workflows and identify efficiencies for enablement program delivery.
• Partner with sales and customer success leadership to position learning as a key driver for adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Strategize for team-led and partner-led growth of the regional enablement engine.
• Track and report on enablement success metrics, translating activities into measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing customer-facing or professional services teams within the APJ region.
• Demonstrated ability to manage through others, drive team engagement, and navigate regional talent management.
• Track record of selling and implementing learning solutions into enterprise accounts, ideally in software or cloud technology.
• Experience managing Training partners across APJ and executing impactful partner strategies.
• Deep understanding of the APJ enterprise landscape, industry verticals, and cultural nuances.
• Strong background in training operations and program management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• English: Fluent required.
