Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan, with office attendance required twice a week.

What you will do

• Act as a primary consultant, architecting hirify.global Agent solutions for prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Develop and deliver high-impact product presentations, tailored demos, and custom prototypes.
• Own the end-to-end technical evaluation process, including scoping and executing high-stakes Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and responding to RFPs.
• Serve as the "voice of the market" by distilling field insights for Product and Marketing teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Simplify complex technical architectures, ensuring hirify.global integrates into existing enterprise tech stacks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in client-facing Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Consulting within a high-growth AI or SaaS environment.
• Technical fluency in LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT).
• Experience architecting or selling complex solutions in Generative AI, RPA/Automation, Data Cloud, API Management, or DevOps tooling.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical deployments and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating IT security questionnaires and positioning Agentic AI within specific regulatory and cultural landscapes.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating AI concepts to technical leads and C-suite executives.
