What you will do

• Build and deploy AI agents, managing prompts, workflows, integrations, and telephony setup.
• Engage with clients, lead demos, gather feedback, and act as the primary technical contact.
• Configure API, data, authentication, and error handling for systems like CRMs and databases.
• Set up SIP/CCaaS/PSTN routing, pass metadata, and troubleshoot call quality.
• Monitor and optimize agent performance, refining prompts to meet automation targets.
• Translate customer requirements into solutions and unblock technical challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in conversational AI, ML engineering, or system integration with AI/LLM solutions.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering, workflow building, API integration, and telephony (SIP, Twilio, Amazon Connect).
• Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), vector DBs, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• ML expertise in embeddings, RAG, evaluation, fine-tuning models, and optimization.
• Solid programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Comfort leading customer-facing discussions and strong problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS providers (n8n, Zapier) and API/data flow management.
