What you will do

• Administer day-to-day security policy in hirify.global’s data centers, collaborating with collocation partners and producing audit reports.
• Manage facility access policies, including requests and revocations, enforcing a "least privilege" principle.
• Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive security training programs and policy documentation.
• Conduct regular data center inspections and audits, track remediation efforts, and lead security incident investigations.
• Serve as a liaison between hirify.global and collocation partners, advocating for the highest security standards.
• Ensure hirify.global meets customer security program requirements and engage with customer points-of-contact.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a physical security field, including applicable law enforcement/military experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with office tools such as MAC, Windows, and Google Workspace.
• Must have work authorization that does not require company sponsorship now or in the future.
• In-depth knowledge of Physical Security principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science, criminal justice, or a related field.
• Electronic Physical Security Certifications (e.g., Genetec, Axis).
• Professional certifications such as PSP, CPP, or CPTED.
• IT and computer networking experience.
• Experience in physical security design or project management.
• Prior experience as a people manager and team leader.
