Location: Based out of our London office, supporting EMEA customers. Occasional travel to customer and company offices may be required.

What you will do

  • Integrate hirify.global into customer workflows, guiding administrators with data-backed best practices to ensure optimal use of AI solutions.
  • Champion the power of hirify.global by meeting with end-users and positioning it as essential for strategic legal work.
  • Navigate complex organizations as the primary contact, fostering champions and engaging executive buyers to build loyal advocates.
  • Align with customers on adoption rates, measurable value, and positive AI experiences to ensure value realization and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to maintain customer renewal readiness and leverage customer needs to drive expansions.
  • Represent customer needs internally, relaying insights back to Product and Engineering to continuously improve the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years in customer-owning roles at tech or SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to adapt seamlessly in the face of high-speed change and growth.
  • Experience with strategic planning and revenue-based prioritization.
  • Capacity for managing a high volume of customer-facing projects and timelines.
  • Proven track record of running in-person meetings with executives.
  • Skill in mapping an organization and influencing stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience driving key customer metrics and outcomes.
  • Ownership of a revenue, expansion, and renewal target.
  • Demonstrated strong point of view and proactive self-management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams.
