Location: Mountain View, United States, onsite with expectation to work from office at least four days a week if living within 50 miles

Salary: $165,600–$272,300 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area)

What you will do

• Gather and synthesize competitive and market intelligence on AI labs and approaches into leadership-ready recommendations.
• Drive decision cadence and governance by organizing high-impact forums and ensuring follow-through and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution of key priorities, removing blockers and escalating risks.
• Build and maintain relationships across internal teams and external partners to align strategy, resources, and governance.
• Ensure high-quality decision materials by curating pre-reads and managing stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Mountain View, United States with onsite work expectation
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 3+ years consulting, investment banking, or program management experience, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 6+ years consulting, investment banking, or program management experience.
• Experience in strategy, management consulting, and/or finance.
• Strong skills in strategy, business operations, stakeholder management, and AI knowledge.
• English: Proficient (B2) required
