Salary: $86,200–$150,900 USD annually

What you will do

  • Collaborate with internal partners to build input-focused operating plans for key measures.
  • Create a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration with rapid deep dives into root causes of defects.
  • Develop, implement, or change processes to allow the team to scale, managing cost and customer experience.
  • Implement bar-raising programs for hiring, developing top talent, and building career roadmaps.
  • Inspire front-line teams to find creative solutions for product issues and encourage advocacy.
  • Drive site-wide improvements in Operations, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Customer experience, and People metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performance teams.
  • Experience blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in developing future leaders and creating tailored succession plans.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Knowledge of standard speech and machine learning techniques.
  • Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
