What you will do
- Oversee operational frameworks for compensation, territory mapping, capacity planning, and performance metrics for the Partner SE team.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing data-driven insights and tracking progress against KPIs with global leadership.
- Ensure global standardization of metrics, tooling, and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives across AMS, EMEA, and APJ regions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Partner SE leaders, offering guidance and reconciling feedback on business and team performance.
- Support the design and operational deployment of new GTM strategies for the Partner SE organization.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Partner SE functions and broader Field SE leadership, integrating partner activities into the wider sales motion.
- Work with broader SE and Partner Operations teams to ensure cohesive and scalable processes.
- Identify and implement AI-driven tooling to automate reporting, increase team productivity, and surface innovative data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of experience in GTM Operations, specifically supporting technical or partner organizations.
- Demonstrable history of using data-driven insights to improve SE productivity and GTM strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience creating executive-ready presentations and analyses.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM and Productivity Tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and mediate operational disputes.
- Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
