What you will do

• Lead significant organization design workstreams within large and complex transformation programs.
• Shape organizational design approaches and develop operating models, structures, and governance.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a senior advisor to clients on organizational choices.
• Oversee the quality and consistency of organization design deliverables.
• Coach and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants within OD teams.
• Contribute to the development of OD capability, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering organization design and operating model engagements.
• Proven track record of leading workstreams within complex consulting programs.
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Background in consulting or a comparable internal organizational design role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• English: B2 required

• Technology literate, comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
